The Vladivostok-Moscow route appeals to train fans, completists, historians, You don’t pass through Mongolia on this route, but you can (and do!) stop at Lake Baikal, with a choice of options (included) ranging from the active to the sedentary, and even the underwater!  Other Siberian destinations (Ekaterinburg, Ulan-Uday) could potentially be added – contact us if you would like a sample price and itinerary for doing so.

DAY 01 – Arrival in Vladivostok

Make your own way to the hotel. Free time to explore.

DAY 02 – Departing Vladivostok

Own transport to Vladivostok Station where you will board the Irkutsk bound train.

DAY 03 – On board The Trans-Sib

Travelling through Khabarovsk.

DAY 04 – On board The Trans-Sib

Travelling onwards via Ulan-Uday towards Irkutsk.

DAY 05 – Arrival in Irkutsk

Arrival in Irkutsk, transfer to Listvyanka Village on the shore of Lake Baikal.

DAY 06 – Choose one activity from the list

DAY 07 – Departing Irkutsk

Return from Listvyanka Village back to Irkutsk, free time to explore the city. Early evening transfer to the station, where you will board the Moscow bound train.

DAY 08 – On board The Trans-Sib

Onwards into Siberia itself, via Novosibirsk.

DAY 09 – 10 On board The Trans-Sib

Travelling through Kazan and Ekaterinburg.

DAY 11 – Arrival in Moscow

Very early morning arrival in Moscow. We transfer you directly to your hotel. Today there’s a three hour walking tour, to introduce the city and its public transport system to get your sightseeing off to a flying start. The rest of the day’s your own.

DAY 12 – End of Trans-Siberian journey

You will need to check out of your room by 12 noon. Own transport to the airport or station on departure.
