You can download visa forms for your trip here. The forms are in an auto-displaying format, you need no special software to read or print them. To keep file-download sizes small, we offer each form separately, as not everyone needs all of them!
You may need the eFax reader program (FREE) to read/open the files successfully! Go to this page to download the file you need (Windows or Mac versions available!)

| If you use the downloadable CHINESE visa form, you must photocopy it so that it is double-sided - they won't accept it if the back of the form is missing, even though it is only the "official notes" on the back! |
In theory you SHOULD be able to open this document on ANY computer, the file is self-displaying. If it doesn't self-display, you may get prompted to download a small program which will help you view it.
Please PRINT THE FORM AND COMPLETE IT BY HAND. The Consulate will NOT accept any forms which are not signed by hand.

Russian Visa regulations require you to produce evidence of a pre-booked trip covering the complete period of your stay in Russia. All trips which RUSSIA EXPERIENCE organise meet this requirement and we will have your documentation for you. RUSSIA EXPERIENCE only provide a visa service to their own clients - we cannot, under any circumstances at all, provide you with a Russian Visa unless you have booked one of our trips. This is not because we want to be unhelpful, but because it's against Russian law for us to do so.
